Presence in Angola
IPA has its headquarters in the capital Luanda and regional offices in Angola’s provinces. Sadly, some regional offices have been decommissioned because of the unfavourable economic situation in Angola. At the same time, because IPA’s mandate has now been expanded to cover the inland waters as well, new offices will also need to be opened in the country’s interior.

Structure and People
Two executive departments operate in IPA’s structure: the Department of Support to Fishing Communities and the Department of Studies and Planning. The management organs of IPA include the General Director, the Council of Directors and the Fiscal Council.
