Moisés Longui, General Director

Mr. Longui is from Tomboco in the Zaire Province, and has been General Director since 1998.  A graduate in the social sciences, Mr. Longui has held positions as Secretary at the Ministry of Fisheries, Adviser to the Minister of Fisheries, Vice-Governor of the Zaire Province, Provincial Delegate for Fisheries in the Zaire Province, Member of the Political Board of the MPLA party in the Zaire Province, and primary school professor.
