Carlos Assis Diogo Neto, Deputy Director

Born in Luanda, Mr. Neto holds an MSc degree in Commerce Economy from the University of Donetak in the Ukraine. Mr. Neto has been appointed IPA’s Deputy Director in 2003. Before, he has worked as adviser to the Fisheries Ministry Cabinet for Economic and Financial Affairs, as administrator, Head of the Projects Department and credit analyst of the Fisheries Ministry’s Fund for Support to the Development of Artisanal Fisheries (FADEPA), and as senior technician in the Studies and Planning Department of the Fisheries Ministry. Mr. Neto is fluent in Portuguese and Russian, and also speaks English and French.
